30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Our goal is to make this process simple, transparent, and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received.
  • New or sealed items must remain unopened, with all original seals, tags, and packaging intact.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged may only qualify for a partial refund, or the return may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

You can choose to:

  • Send via Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own cost (postage reimbursed after verification), or
  • Request a prepaid return label from us.

All returns must be tracked to ensure delivery and verification.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.
  • We are not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
  • If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will assist with carrier claims, but a refund can only be issued once the item is received and verified.

Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business:

  • Returns may be refused if the order is subject to a payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected fraud.
  • Attempting to return items after a resolved dispute to bypass outcomes may result in denial of the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange in cases of confirmed disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

Refund Processing

  • Once received, items are inspected and verified.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 working days to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary, so allow extra time for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are only issued after successful verification of the returned item.
